Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients all together.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Notes

You can make this recipe gluten-free by replacing the wheat flour with either oat flour or gluten-free flour.
